There will be the usual blood pressure checks, pharmacy talk, gentle exercises, light lunch, a door prize and a fun quiz with prizes. And it's FREE!

Participants from Cosmo Industries along with volunteers help prepare bagged lunches at St. Martin’s, which are then delivered to the people who need it most.
We’re grateful for Cosmo Industries, whose program fosters inclusion by engaging participants in meaningful community work.=
They welcome volunteers to join them Tuesday mornings from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Intro to Taiko - Japanese Drumming
Presented by Living Sky Taiko
Fee: $50

Learn about taiko drumming, notation, and basic rhythms at a dynamic hands-on workshop.
At the end of the workshop, participants will have learned a taiko piece. No previous experience is necessary, but come prepared to move and be challenged!
Those who complete the introductory workshop may continue their pursuit of taiko by taking a 6-week course (dates TBA).
